In January 2003, Rayner Landscaping was involved in the planting of 20,000 daffodils on a hillside in San Rafael, on the west side of Highway 101. Roots for Peace is a worldwide organization whose purpose is to remove mines from mine fields and plant vineyards in their place. The planting of the daffodils in a heart-shaped design is a symbol for peace worldwide.

Eric Rayner spearheaded the ‘Adopt a Median’ program in Novato. He personally maintained the median on Redwood Blvd, between San Marin Drive and Grant. Read more about it in this publication:
